Pickups average around 15-30 minutes. Always greet the client knowing their name and their dog's name.

What to take and what not to take from the client:

  • Take the necessary food! You do not need to take more than one bag of treats.
  • Take off ALL of the client’s gear and replace it with your own gear. The less you take from the client, the less you have to keep track of.
  • Do not take large blankets, dog beds, numerous toys, etc.

Before completing the pick up, inform them they will receive an email that consists of their dog’s daily blog link. That is where they can check in to see the updates and progress of their dog. If they have any additional questions, they are always welcome to reach out via email.
